Respect for privacy
1) Purpose of the Data Collection
CYBLE MARKETING studies new products and concepts on behalf of advertisers by relying on consumer participants who contribute to their evaluation, and are recompensed for this. CYBLE MARKETING links them, when they are available and correspond to the characteristics sought, with in-depth qualitative studies. We wish to establish an ongoing relationship with you, based on your motivation and your interest in novelty to regularly offer you the chance to participate in studies which correspond, preferably, to your centers of interest. As in all relationships, one of the fundamental bases of the relationship with CYBLE MARKETING is trust. With CYBLE MARKETING, you can be certain that we are 100% committed to protecting your privacy. Our objective is to offer to you, the user, a secure and risk-free service. We will make every effort to ensure that the information you submit to us remains confidential, and is only used for the purposes described on our site. However, if you feel that we are not abiding by the terms of this statement or the data protection rules, please contact our customer service department at:

If you have registered, you will be contacted as soon as the sorting process in our databases reveals your profile, based on the data you have consented to share with us.
The data you share with us will not be used for any purpose other than to invite you to participate in surveys.
3) Files and statistics
In our files, we collect and store Internet Protocol addresses (IP addresses) for a limited period of time, as far as is necessary for data security reasons.
We also use IP addresses to create anonymous statistics to measure the number of visitors to our website (traffic) as well as to calculate the number of clicks received via our partners’ websites, but we do not create individual user profiles or link them to personally identifiable information.
Illegal Content
Please note that you take sole responsibility for the data you enter into our system or send to us (e.g. for forwarded emails).
Please ensure that you do not send us attachments containing viruses. Personal details provided to CYBLE MARKETING must not contain information on illnesses, pregnancy, ethnic origin, political opinion, religious or philosophical belief, trade union membership, health and sexual orientation, defamatory or slanderous information, information without any direct connection to studies of new products or services.

Our website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd, a Cyprus limited liability company, whose registered office is 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca. We do this only after you have expressly agreed to be contacted for this purpose. In exceptional cases, we may send you newsletters about our surveys or publications we produce by email.
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, please contact infor@cyble.fr and/or click on the unsubscribe link located within each message.
7) Data Security
We use a variety of methods, such as data encryption (SSL), firewalls, intrusion detection software and manual security procedures to help us protect the accuracy and security of your personal data and to prevent unauthorized access or misuse by third parties.
SSL encryption is enabled if the symbol with a small key is displayed at the bottom of your browser and the address begins with “httpS://…”. This means that the data transfer is protected by SSL (Secure Locket Layer) with 128-bit encryption, preventing any third party from illegally accessing your data.
If the encryption is not activated, you must be very careful if you want to send confidential information via the Internet. Please be aware that this also applies to the personal password that is required for certain features of the Cyble pages and to the confirmation email you receive after your first registration if you receive it via your own email address.
Please note that we do not use encryption in our emails.
We advise users to change the password that was sent to them to a personal password. You can also change your password at any time by accessing Your Account through the LOGIN area.
We only store the personal data you have entered through our REGISTRATION area.
No other personal data will be stored. Please note that JavaScript™ technology is used on our websites.
